Where feasible, site visits are definitely optimal but can be overcome with ample information on site orientation, slope, views, and climate data. The same attention to detail and creativity of our GT Design principles for in-house projects is likewise offered to design only clients. In many cases owners will start out with an initial design package and then, impressed with our expertise, move on to complete building services.
Although designing your home at the onset, tailored to your needs and the resources of the site is preferred, if you have a set of plans in progress our design team is available to review them. Another set of eyes is always a plus especially with our knowledge in green and sustainable design. We can offer recommendations and slight enhancements in the following areas:
