The initial fee is $27,000 for an exclusive area, custom webpage for your franchise housed on our national site, 5-day Franchise Training Program, Pre-Opening and Operations Manuals, Web Portal for franchisees to have access to help, on-going business news, and much more.
What licensing requirements does GreenTech Design/Build have?
Simple business license or sub-contractor/general contractor license depending on business
model chosen.
What support will I receive after my initial training is completed?
After your 5-day training program, you will have access to support through a telephone hotline
and website franchisee portal. We will continue to consult with you regarding green building
practices, application for energy incentives, new products, marketing and supplies. We will also
provide continuing education to any new manager of your franchise.
