Our franchisees will promote the GreenTech Design/Build philosophy and initiatives that will lead them to a successful business experience while having a positive impact on our environment.
With the National Association of Home Builders saying that the building of green homes is up over 50% since 2004 and other experts saying that “green industry” will be worth an estimated $4.5 trillion in annual revenue, this is one of the fastest growing sectors in our economy. A GreenTech Design/Build Franchisee can be a part of this growth with the following investments:
- Initial Franchise Fee – $27,000 minimum (depending on territory)
- Royalty Fee – 4%
- Initial Expenses (equipment, supplies, travel, vehicle signage, etc.) – $7,700
- Insurance – $2,250 (minimum)
- Additional working capital – $10,000 (minimum requirement)
- Business Licenses, Permits and other professional fees – $1,000 (minimum)
